1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

  • Handmade items may require additional preparation time.

  • Print-on-demand and dropshipped items are fulfilled by third-party providers and may have varying processing times.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Australia): 2–10 business days, depending on destination and courier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or severe weather events.

3. Shipping Eligibility

Of Forest & Fog currently ships within Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Biosecurity Restrictions – Live Products & Substrates

Due to Australian biosecurity regulations, we cannot ship live moss, plants, soil, or substrate materials to the following regions:

  • Western Australia (WA)

  • Northern Territory (NT)

  • Tasmania (TAS)

Orders containing restricted items placed from these areas will be cancelled and fully refunded.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping protect Australia’s unique ecosystems.

If you’re unsure about shipping eligibility for your area, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we take great care to ensure timely delivery, Of Forest & Fog is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external circumstances.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@offorestandfog.com with your order details.
We’ll assist with any applicable courier claims and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
