All moss is responsibly foraged from private land in south-eastern Victoria using low-impact harvesting methods. Only small amounts are collected from each area, allowing the natural environment to continue thriving and regenerating over time.

Moss is packaged with care in zip-lock bags to retain moisture during transit. To ensure the freshness and quality of live moss during transit, I ship interstate orders from Monday to Wednesday and within Victoria from Monday to Thursday. This schedule helps prevent delays over weekends and ensures your moss arrives in the best possible condition.
